General Goals

Westburn School aims to promote and nurture children's holistic development through:

• empowering children to think creatively, reflectively and to be motivated in all aspects of their learning, recognising and responding to children's individual differences and special needs,
• encouraging children to attain competence in the essential learning areas,
• providing opportunities for children to develop appropriate essential skills,
• acknowledging and enhancing the relationship between the school and its community.
