To register for the Jubilee, please complete the on-line registration form below and pay the $30 registration fee.  If you'd prefer to print the registration form and post it or scan and email it to us then a pdf version can be downloaded here.  The address for email is jubilee@westburn.school.nz. To keep our administration simple we'd rather you used the on-line form if at all possible!

You are welcome to register your partner for the various activities but if your partner is also a Westburn ex-pupil then please complete two separate registration forms.

I would like to register for Westburn School’s 50^th Jubilee celebration

The registration fee of $30 is payable now but if you prefer you may pay later for the events you've registered for.  We may charge a late fee for payments not received by 30 September.

You may pay by internet banking (which we'd prefer) or by posting us a cheque.
